After some experience with MKCW project, when texture hacking began to be possible, I thought about making my own hack. Containing texture hacks of everything. I took a bugged MKCWOSE 6.2 rom, fixed all bugs and started to texture. But I wasn’t the only one doing it.

Soon after I added Super (Chippy) into my project. Then MKDS started helping us. And, to complete quartet, I invited Yoshidude4 (Koops). Then, on our forum came Ermelber, MKWii hacker, which is genious when it comes to graphics hacking. He was Italian, so he became Italian translator, too!

How to do Custom Track:- Take model from 3D Warehouse or do yourself- In sketchup triangulate all faces, export texture maps and export double-faces to OBJ- Import in MKDS Course Modifier 3 Beta 2/3- Check if your KCL has coords 2000 in Vertex, if not, scale model.- Open model in Maya with Nitro Plugin- Resize to 0.062 every coord, freeze transformations- Resize a bit bigger, freeze.- Save as IMD- Fix UV with MKDSCM- Convert to NSBMD using g3dcvtr.exe using -emdl and -etex- Reinsert files- Edit NKMFINISHED!:3.
